Impophoma Projects is a proudly South African, 100% black-owned company delivering specialised solutions across construction, mining, and industrial environments. Founded in 2014 by Managing Director Thobeka Mzwakali, the company was established with a clear purpose: to deliver dependable, high-quality work in industries where precision, safety, and trust matter most.
Since its inception, Impophoma Projects has built a solid reputation for delivering on complex projects for both public and private sector clients, including work within healthcare facilities, food processing plants, logistics and manufacturing environments, mining operations, and large-scale infrastructure projects. Our experience spans multiple provinces and high-demand operational settings, earning us long-standing relationships with respected brands, contractors, and institutions.
While our work is technically specialised, our approach is people-driven.
